The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and maximising the commercial potential of existing accounts. You will represent the business with professionalism and pride, ensuring that all engagements reflect the company’s commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as Sales Manager:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase market presence.
* Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue.
* Represent the company in a professional, trustworthy manner that upholds its reputation and values.
* Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements, proposals, and contracts.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying ways to enhance efficiency, performance, and customer value.
* Provide insightful reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements as Commercial Manager:
* Proven experience in a Commercial Management, Business Development, or similar client-facing role.
* Background in engineering or manufacturing production
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Highly organised, diligent, and committed to delivering work to the highest standard.
* Confident liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
