Shift: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Putting the customer at the heart of what we do is paramount to our business. You will be working for one of the leading recycling & waste management providers in the UK, a part of one of the biggest paper manufacturers in Europe. You will lead our customer experience from the front, facilitating customer requests, support and general enquiries from order booking to invoicing.
The role provides an end‑to‑end experience for our customers.
- Achieve day‑to‑day operational targets set by the Customer Services Manager and Team Leader, ensuring your daily workload is completed on time and accurately.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Organise workflows to meet customer time frames.
- Address customer questions about new and existing services and coordinate Saica Natur’s response through collaboration with stakeholders and sub‑contractors.
- Work closely with National Account Managers to create a sense of team, ensuring NAC customer queries and requests are responded to quickly within agreed customer SLAs.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by your line manager in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn about paper and waste material grades.
- Work Experience:
Customer Service. - Education:
GCSEs (General Certificate of Secondary Education), Administration.
