A growing fashion brand in Brighton is seeking a CRM Manager to lead their CRM strategy and execution across email and SMS. This hands-on role involves building and optimising lifecycle journeys and driving engagement through data analysis and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have strong CRM experience within the fashion or DTC ecommerce sectors and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A hybrid working model is offered, requiring 3 days in office.
