Location
Location: Nutberry Moss Works DG12 6TY
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position, starting ASAP. Overtime is paid for extra hours worked.
We are in search of a dedicated team member to provide administrative support to our production and transport departments.
TheKey Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication with customers and various departments
- Manage staff timesheets and holiday schedules
- Ordering raw materials
- Maintain and organise purchase orders
- Ensure efficient resolution of invoice queries
- Arrange accommodations and travel for management
- Compile weekly KPI reports and perform other database‑related tasks
- Keep accurate records of deliveries
- Perform general office tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in PC skills and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Office Professional, especially Excel.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Two references from previous employment
- Valid driver's license is essential
