WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our team in Dundonald, UK. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Alfred H Knight Energy Services division to ensure operational excellence and delivery of key project initiatives.

You will be responsible for a number of tasks including answering inbound telephone calls, arranging transportation of samples and goods, invoicing and purchasing if required. You will also support sample reception and liaising with internal/external service providers and third parties.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE Required Competencies
  • Strong Communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Be flexible and willing to work alongside the business requirements/needs
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Has capacity to multi-task multiple initiatives and works well under pressure
Required Work Experience
  • 1 years’ experience within an administrative role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
Required Qualifications
  • Educated to HNC level is desirable, but not essential
