Administrator, Office Administrator​/ Coordinator, Administrative​/Clerical

Position: Administrator (Permanent)
Location: Glyntawe

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Returns and Warranty department of a unique manufacturing company,

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08::45 and a 12:30 finish on a Friday.

Your duties will include
- being the first point of contact for the customer care and sales team for all warranty claim questions.
daily processing and administration of all warranty and returns paperwork and data collection.
respond to customers, suppliers, and subsidiaries email enquiries.
assisting with other general administrative tasks

You will need:

to be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
experience in using databases and CRM systems
