We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a beautifully appointed Hotel in Argyll, recognised as one of the top resorts in the UK & Ireland. Key Responsibilities:
As Receptionist, you'll play a central role in the guest journey, including:
Assisting with all aspects of a guest's stay, from booking meals, golf and treatments to luggage assistance and handling queries
Checking guests in and out efficiently and warmly
Preparing invoices, billing accurately and taking payments
Responding to enquiries promptly and in line with brand standards
Handling complaints with empathy and a proactive approach, escalating where required
Completing daily Reception tasks quickly and efficiently
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Receptionist, you'll need:
Previous Hotel experience, ideally within a boutique setting
A proactive, guest-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Experience or understanding of island living (or similar remote environments)
A full UK driving licence (preferred, as transporting guests may be required)
