This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Tain. The Receptionist will handle a wide range of tasks including greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. The position ensures a welcoming environment while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency in daily front desk operations.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage reception desk responsibilities
• Familiarity with Receptionist Duties and general clerical skills
• Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service with a guest-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using office technology and basic software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications are a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
