Position: Client Administrator Support, Private Clients
Location: Jersey Marine

Our client is seeking a Client Administrator Support to assist a client administrator or client manager with the less complex administration of clients based on their ability and the complexity of the matters s role involves providing support in managing client communications and correspondence, ensuring an efficient and professional service is delivered at all times. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team, contributing to the overall client experience.

This position presents a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to develop their careers within the Trust Company Business and gain exposure to the finance and corporate services environment. The ideal candidate will display strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Job Duties
  • Assist client administrators or client managers with administration tasks.
  • Manage simple client communications and correspondence.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate client records.
  • Help in preparing documentation as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high standards of service.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge and skills in the sector.
