Position: Scheduler (Permanent)
Location: Hagley

We are looking to recruit a confident, experienced Scheduler to work in a busy booking department covering works across the Uk and Ireland

This position has long term potential with growth to develop within the department

Main responsibilities will be:

* Communication with all customers and engineers

* Booking in works for the engineers to attend sites

* Schedule works based around project needs

* Load jobs onto an internal system

* Follow up on specific jobs

* Answering all incoming calls and direct calls accordingly

* Completing all associated paperwork

* Extensive phone work

* Problem solving and have the ability to offer solutions

The right candidate would

* Hold relevant scheduling or planning experience

* Have the ability to manage workloads in a busy office environment

* Computer literate, MS and internal systems

* Be looking for a secure position in a growing company

Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary upto £30,000
