About The Role

They are looking for a reliable and well-organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in an administrative environment who enjoys working as part of a team and keeping processes running smoothly.

You will provide essential administrative support across the organisation, helping ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to teams across the business
  • Manage inboxes, respond to queries, and direct requests appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries, and internal communications
  • Support reporting, tracking, and routine administrative processes
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working in an administrative or office-based role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment
  • Familiarity with internal systems, databases, or CRM platforms
