Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to teams across the business
- Manage inboxes, respond to queries, and direct requests appropriately
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and internal communications
- Support reporting, tracking, and routine administrative processes
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
