Sales & Logistics Administrator
Location: Willand
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year + Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Our client, a successful and growing business in Willand, is looking for a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join their friendly and supportive office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Managing and updating sales orders using spreadsheets and a bespoke trading system.
- Communicating with customers and hauliers to ensure efficient logistics.
- Handling daily stock and regular stock control checks.
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
- Previous experience in office administration and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Computer literate (training provided for bespoke system).
- Positive, proactive, and a great team player.
