About the Role

We re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to join one of our customers growing Logistics Team. The Administrator will play a vital part in the smooth operation of the customer s Logistics Department, ensuring the efficient management of stock and the safe, timely delivery of goods to clients and manufacturers.

This role sits at the intersection of logistics, inventory management, and IT device operations ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where accuracy and coordination make all the difference.

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock operations end-to-end, including weekly ad-hoc reports, regular audits, and monitoring levels for new starter equipment.
  • Handle daily equipment requirements for the builds team and respond swiftly to urgent or last-minute client requests.
  • Pack and prepare outgoing shipments, including occasional physical picking/packing within an office environment.
  • Retrieve stock for internal colleagues and oversee incoming goods by managing the goods-in email inbox.
  • Resolve issues related to lost or damaged shipments and coordinate collections and deliveries while keeping clients and manufacturers informed.
  • Monitor ticketing systems (e.g., Lighthouse, Fresh Service), ensuring timely resolutions and producing internal/external reports as needed.

Administrator Skills/expectations:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, particularly those involving logistics or stock control.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Solid problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills suited to a customer-focused environment.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the IT sector, bringing useful industry knowledge.
  • Confidence in working with a variety of technologies and stock management systems.
