The Opportunity
We are seeking an Administrator to support a Capital Works team delivering social housing maintenance projects in Birmingham. This is a long-term temporary assignment, initially offered on a 20-week contract, with the potential to extend.
The role is office based and located in the B31 area of Birmingham, working within a busy capital works environment.
Role Summary
ITS Property Maintenance is looking to appoint a reliable and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive office and project support to a busy Capital Works team.
You will play a key part in keeping administrative processes running smoothly, ensuring information is recorded accurately, documentation is well maintained, and the team is supported in meeting project deadlines.
Project Background
ITS Property Maintenance is working in partnership with a client to deliver a major social housing maintenance contract
Key Duties
* Your responsibilities will include:
* Intermediate/Advanced user of Excel (need to be familiar with V-Look Ups and Pivot tables)
* Providing general administrative and clerical support
* Maintaining trackers, logs, and internal records
* Entering data accurately and within required time frames
* Responding to queries from team members and the client
* Preparing clear, professional documentation and correspondence
* Assisting the team in achieving deadlines and performance targets
Preferred Experience & Skills
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
* Confidence updating spreadsheets and handling data entry
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
