Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the design change register, especially for permits to fly and SDRs
  • Status chase of SDRs and audit findings
  • Arrange permit‑to‑fly payments
  • Draft documents for review by the Office of Airworthiness:
    • staff authorisations and competence assessments
    • administrative amendments to the DOH and other manuals
    • template updates
    • DOA/POA, DOA/MOA, DOA/CAMO arrangements
  • Register and monitor the validity of:
    • staff authorisations
    • arrangements
  • Monitor the company inbox for reported airworthiness issues
  • Administer the Design SMS on behalf of the Safety Manager
  • Administer the Office of Airworthiness Monthly Meeting
  • Prepare Design KPIs for AS9100 approval
  • Set up design change folders and documents
  • Compile MDLs
  • Administer and update design change trackers
  • Update drawing trees
  • Handle data configuration and control, including transmission of data to appropriate parties
  • Monitor and file regulatory documents (e.g., CAA, DAOS)
  • Perform general administrative duties
Qualifications
  • Very well organised and methodical
  • Experience in other administrative roles
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills including styles, cross‑referencing and bookmarks
  • Desirable: experience in an aviation environment
