A regional accounting firm in Chesterfield is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior to lead audit assignments and ensure high standards in client service. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in leading external audits. Responsibilities include preparing statutory financial statements, coaching junior team members, and maintaining compliance with firm procedures. This position offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 along with various benefits including flexible working hours, 25 days holiday, and professional membership payments.
