- Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm
- £29,000 to £32,000 per year depending on experience
Landmark Forest Adventure Park is recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant to join its busy accounts department in Carrbridge.
This role suits someone confident working across accounts and payroll who enjoys accuracy, responsibility, and being part of a well established Highland employer.
The roleYou will support day to day accounts operations across multiple revenue centres.
You will process cash book transactions, including credit card and petty cash entries.
You will complete monthly bank reconciliations and input purchase invoices and credit notes.
You will process weekly supplier payments and reconcile supplier statements.
You will manage sales invoices, monthly statements, and credit control.
You will resolve invoice queries promptly and communicate with suppliers and customers by phone and email.
You will assist with daily cash counting and banking.
You will produce monthly management reports using Sage.
Payroll dutiesYou will assist with all aspects of fortnightly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll.
This includes PAYE, pensions auto enrolment, HMRC reporting, and statutory payments.
You will manage holiday and sickness entitlements and maintain accurate payroll records.
You will support employee queries relating to pay and entitlements and produce monthly payroll reports.
What we are looking forPrevious experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role is essential.
Working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll is highly desirable.
You should have excellent numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
Good organisational and time management skills are important.
You should be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You must be comfortable handling confidential information at all times.
What is on offerSalary between £29,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.
A permanent, stable role with regular working hours.
The opportunity to work for a well known Highland visitor attraction within the Cairngorms National Park.
