Senior Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused  Admission Counselor  who can guide students through academic and career choices, assist with admissions, and coordinate with educational institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities   Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, universities, and career pathways
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable academic programs
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads related to admissions
Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fees, and documentation requirements
Assist students with application forms, document verification, and submission
Coordinate with colleges/universities for seat availability, updates, and confirmations
Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful admissions
Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional activities
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets
Required Skills & Competencies   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counseling and convincing abilities
Ability to understand student needs and career aspirations
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools preferred)
Target-oriented mindset with a professional approach
Qualifications   Graduation in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Management preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Prior experience in admission counseling, education consultancy, or sales will be an advantage
