Role Description
This is an on-site, contract role for a Java Trainer based in Udupi. The Java Trainer will lead training sessions, design curriculum, and create engaging and effective learning materials for learners of varying levels of expertise in Java programming. The trainer will assess students' performance, provide feedback, and enhance their understanding of Java concepts. Additionally, the trainer will guide students with hands-on projects and help them stay updated with the latest tools and trends in Java development.

Collaboration with the education team to refine content and ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational experience is also essential.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Java, Core Java concepts, and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Teaching and training skills, including designing curriculum and creating training materials
Practical experience in coding, debugging, and software development lifecycle
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to mentor and inspire learners with varying levels of expertise

Experience with databases and web technologies (e.g., SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Relevant teaching or training certification is an advantage
