Uckfield College is a highly successful and popular secondary school, set in the heart of rural Sussex yet within easy commuting distance of Brighton, Eastbourne, and the South Coast. Role OverviewWe are seeking an inspirational, ambitious, and strategic leader who views this role as the next step toward senior leadership. You will be passionate about driving high standards of student progress and be an innovative force for excellent teaching and learning across the MFL department. The post offers a fantastic opportunity to teach and lead A-Level MFL, setting the standard for post‑16 success.
The successful candidate will articulate and deliver a compelling vision for an excellent MFL education for all students. You will also be an integral part of our dynamic leadership team across the College, contributing to whole‑college strategic initiatives and shaping our outstanding culture. We are deeply committed to 'growing our own' leaders, and you will receive extensive professional development, including mentorship, coaching, and full support for undertaking qualifications such as the NPQSL, providing the challenge and support needed to learn, develop, and thrive.
