QualificationsYou must have excellent team leadership, motivation, communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee the smooth running of the busy breakfast service
- Ensuring the F&B team consistently deliver high quality standards of guest service
- Ensuring Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Working with F&B Manager and other Heads of Department within the property to ensure the smooth running of early morning meeting & events
- Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
