As the General Manager you are responsible for leading all aspects of your store, driving a positive inclusive culture, achieving sales and KPI targets, and ensuring long‑term business growth in line with the company vision and values.

• 3+ years of retail management, preferably in fast fashion
• 3+ years of proven leadership of diverse, high‑performing teams
• Strong analytical skills to drive sales, stock and service delivery
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual merchandising standards
• Flexible schedule availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem‑solving skills

• Move around the store throughout the shift/workday
• Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Regularly squat/kneel and use ladder or step stool safely
