We are seeking Servers to join our award‑winning workplace. As part of our team, you will provide outstanding restaurant experiences in multiple in‑house restaurants within our luxury senior living residence. Requirements- Excellent interaction and communication skills
- Strong hospitality service skills and a passion for interacting with people
- English language proficiency
- 1 year or more of experience as a server in a full‑service restaurant
- Prior service experience in a dining environment
- Level 4 Lobster Ink Certification
- 2 or more years of server experience in an upscale restaurant
- Event server knowledge and experience
- Foundational level of wine knowledge
- Takes accurate food orders
- Serves food and beverages in multiple restaurant venues with differing styles of service
- Is knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings and can provide recommendations based on guest preferences
- Prompts and accurately closes checks
- Always maintains a neat and orderly appearance according to established standards
- Completes related tasks and side work as assigned
- Demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional team approach and communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers
- Consistently communicates resident and guest concerns to supervisors and/or management
- Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards and goals
Part‑time positions are available with flexible schedules. Weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability is required.
Pay and BenefitsHourly Pay Range: $23.50 - $25.00 USD
