Role DescriptionWe are seeking a flexible, part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Tysons, VA location. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, updating and optimizing the website and training calendar, email marketing campaigns, graphic design (fliers, brochures, etc.), managing CRM & engagement tracking, event planning, and multiple projects to meet deadlines. The role involves producing compelling written materials and contributing to the promotion of Centre's training, legal, and consulting services.
Responsibilities- Developing and executing marketing strategies
- Updating and optimizing the website and training calendar
- Managing email marketing campaigns
- Graphic design (fliers, brochures, etc.)
- Managing CRM and engagement tracking
- Event planning
- Managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Producing compelling written materials and supporting promotion of training, legal, and consulting services
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and at least two years'' work experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, email campaigns, Google Analytics, SEO, Canva, A/B Testing, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Word Press and Zoho is highly preferred
- Experience or familiarity with government contracting or legal services is a plus
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
