• Provide hands‑on logistical support and program coordination for global trade shows and events.
• Coordinate and meet all deadlines with show organizers and vendors, ensuring timely submission of forms, payments, and deliverables.
• Manage booth logistics, including layout planning, graphics, furnishings, and coordination with exhibit vendors.
• Maintain a master events calendar and track key deadlines and deliverables across multiple concurrent programsli>
• Assist with implementation of marketing communications programs to drive visibility at events.
• Collaborate cross‑functional teams to ensure events align with brand and business priorities.
• Track event expenses in line with overall tradeshow and events budget.
• Manage inventory of branded promotional products.
• Support post‑event follow‑up, including lead capture coordination, reporting, and invoice tracking.
• Contribute ideas to improve attendee engagement and overall event impact.
• Gain exposure to other marketing areas such as branding, social media, product marketing, and demand generation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of event coordination, marketing, or hospitality experience.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset—spot and fix issues before they become problems.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced dynamic environment.
• Accountable to travel up to 70%.

• Familiarity with Cvent, Hub Spot, Canva.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest/experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• B2B marketing communications experience.

Full‑time, Entry level, In‑Office:
Monday‑Thursday;
Work‑from‑home Friday.
