This role involves producing and installing high-quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Proficiency: Efficiently operate production equipment such as large format printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
• Customer Interaction: Represent our brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Maintenance and Organization:
  Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
• Community Engagement:
  Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.

• Preferred prior experience with large format vinyl printing and installation
• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and production management software
• Active problem solver
• Proficiently use measurement and hand tools
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
