Sign Production and Installation Specialist – Signarama Silver Spring

Join us at Signarama Silver Spring, the world’s leading sign franchise, to apply for this role. You will produce and install high‑quality signage while providing excellent service using software, hand tools and production machines.

• Operate production equipment such as large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
• Represent the brand professionally in‑store and on‑site, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in top condition.
• Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.

• Preferred prior experience with large‑format vinyl printing and installation.
• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn design and production management software.
• Active problem solver.
• Proficiently use measurement and hand tools.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.
