- Support in leading a team within a concession environment.
- Inspire and motivate daily, fostering ownership and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager/ General manager / Associate Store Director experience with a luxury brand.
- Demonstrated experience with a concession team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals and client development/CRM.
- Salary $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual Bonus & Monthly Sales Bonus
