Our dashboard, the primary interface for our customers, has evolved quickly and organically. We’re now looking for a dedicated Product Designer to elevate our design standards, streamline our UX, and spearhead the creation of our next-generation client interfaces.

As a Senior Product Designer, you ll own the UI/UX of our outbound product. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you ll translate customer needs into elegant and intuitive experiences. Design isn’t just how it looks, it s how it works. You ll also have the opportunity to shape and design an agentic UI/UX from scratch.

• Lead the comprehensive redesign of our outbound product, ensuring holistic integration of features and enhanced usability.
• Partner with product to deeply understand customer journeys, pain points, and use cases, translating insights into actionable UI/UX improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts and prototypes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma (or equivalent) to rapidly iterate designs based on feedback.
• Employ AI-powered design tools and methodologies to accelerate the prototyping and development feedback loop.
• Define and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across products.
• Use AI coding agents to push PRs where appropriate to expand engineering bandwidth.
• Talking to customers to build empathy and build intuition for problems, needs, and pain points.

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Figma or comparable product design tools.
• Demonstrated experience mapping customer journeys and deeply understanding UX beyond just UI aesthetics.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and overall design quality.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate concepts efficiently.
• Familiarity or comfort with integrating AI tools to enhance the design and prototyping processes.
