About the CompanyWe are redefining precision‑guided munition delivery in an era where asymmetric warfare demands faster, smarter, and more adaptive systems. Our technology has already proven effective on European battlefields and is now expanding across allied defense partners in the EU and the U.S. We operate at the intersection of tactical innovation and strategic execution — building solutions that enable operators to act decisively and policymakers to understand the power of precision.
About the RoleAs our
Founding Deployment Strategist
, you will be the connective tissue between our executive leadership, our clients in the field, and the policymakers shaping the next generation of defense technology adoption. This is not a traditional business development role — it’s a mission‑critical position at the center of strategy, product deployment, and government engagement.
You’ll represent the company across a broad range of stakeholders: briefing EU Members of Parliament, discussing integration paths with General Officers, and walking an E7 through tactical implementation on the ground. You’ll help translate real‑world feedback into product development insights, ensuring our systems evolve in step with operational realities.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the executive team’s representative across military, political, and industry engagements — maintaining credibility across all levels of command and government.
Lead deployment strategy and coordinate operational rollouts in both European and U.S. theaters.
Synthesize tactical user feedback into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Develop playbooks and frameworks for future customer deployments and field support.
Shape strategic messaging and engagement plans with senior defense officials, procurement leaders, and coalition partners.
Support expansion efforts in the U.S. by helping position the company within key defense innovation ecosystems.
QualificationsPrior
military experience required (officer or senior enlisted strongly preferred).
2–3+ years of post‑military experience in consulting, technology deployment, defense contracting, or customer‑facing operational roles.
Deep understanding of
tactical and strategic defense considerations; comfort operating in both field and policy environments.
Experience with
UAS/UAV systems, precision munitions, or adjacent defense technologies preferred.
Exceptional communication and briefing skills — able to adjust tone and technical depth for audiences ranging from policymakers to operators.
Based in or willing to relocate to the
Tysons Corner, VA area; available for
international travel (25%).
This is an opportunity to be on the founding team of a company changing how modern warfare is conducted. You’ll operate at the highest levels of defense innovation — influencing strategy, deployments, and international expansion — while building equity in a venture that’s already demonstrating real‑world impact.
