We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager – Federal to oversee and drive execution of strategic initiatives supporting our federal clients. This individual will play a critical role in aligning cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of programs that meet stringent government requirements.

• Required
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the federal or public sector
  • Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53)
  • Proven track record managing large‑scale, cross‑functional programs with external stakeholders
  • Experience working with or within government agencies or federal contractors
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain a federal clearance (as required)

  • Strong desire to understand our product, target market, and direction of the company’s growth
  • Willingness to be part of the growth of the organization and break new ground in a rapidly scaling environment
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Familiarity with ATO (Authority to Operate) processes
  • Experience with risk management tools or platforms
  • Background in cybersecurity, cloud compliance, or SaaS implementations for government
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value delivery, renewals, and upsells
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and growth‑oriented environment
