Senior Technical Lead ICAM Security Clearance

Position: 4213 Senior Technical Lead for ICAM with Security Clearance
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead for ICAM to join our team and support our mission critical customer in Tysons VA

Responsibilities & Requirements:

-An AWS Solution Architect certification is mandatory.

-12+ years of experience in supporting Identity Credential and Access Management technologies.

-7+ years of experience in supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud Base Products.

-7+ years of experience working and integrating with  third-party servicers. (i.e., Transunion, Experian, Equifax, Lexis Nexis)
-Training and certification in the target ICAM product, desired in the IBM products

- Experience with the planning, management, leadership, and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks, each with strict deadlines for a large-scale highly available system that is integrated with business-critical systems contemplated in this PWS.

-Training and certification in the target ICAM product, desired in the IBM products.

-Demonstrated understanding of the software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle.

-Ability to perform complex technical tasks.

-Strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services
-Strong technical understanding of the areas of work and many of the technologies contemplated in the PWS.

-Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS Gov Cloud systems and services for the areas of work contemplated in the PWS.

- Experience with agile development/scrum to understand how enhancements, defects, or other requests impacts the architecture of the application.

-Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clearance: US Citizenship with the ability to gain a Public Trust
