Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Oracle Systems Analyst/ Consultant to join a Government Consulting company located in Tysons Corner, VA
;
Tulsa, OK; or San Antonio, TX through 100% onsite work
. The Senior Oracle Systems Analyst will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle HCM payroll systems, supporting system updates, and driving organizational change management initiatives.

• Develop and implement strategies for Oracle HCM applications aligned with business objectives.
• Lead configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM payroll solutions.
• Manage payroll system updates and releases, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues within payroll systems.
• Maintain system documentation and protocols, including training materials.
• Conduct quality assurance, audits, and ensure payroll data integrity.
• Collaborate with payroll and finance leadership to optimize processes and system functionality.
• Analyze system usage data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Deliver training and change management plans for new functionalities.

• 8+ years of functional and technical experience with payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM payroll systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and multi-state/global environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• United States Citizenship required

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
