🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to join our team! This role combines security, development, and operations within our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on automation, compliance, and scalability across Salesforce Core, Health Cloud
, and related managed packages.

  Dev Ops & Automation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops
  .
• 🔐
  Security & Compliance: Embed security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure HIPAA/GDPR/SOX compliance.
• 📊 Implement monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery strategies for Salesforce services.
• 🤝 Collaborate with developers and admins to drive adoption of Dev Sec Ops  practices and secure coding standards.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 🛠 3–8+ years of experience in Salesforce development,
  Dev Ops
  , or cloud security.
• 💡 Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (Health Data Model, Lightening Aura) and compliance practices.
• 🔍Nice to haves:
  Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SFDX, SOQL
  , and CI/CD tools (Copado, Flosum, Gearset).
• 🏅 Preferred certifications:
  Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Dev Ops Center Specialist, Security & Privacy Accreditation
