Position SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, coachable, and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. As an Associate Recruiter, you’ll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client communications. This is an ideal role for someone looking to break into or grow within the recruiting and staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates through a variety of platforms (Linked In, job boards, referrals, ATS).
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and interest.
- Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs and support job requisitions.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
- Help maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the recruiting lifecycle.
- Participate in client update calls, pitch meetings, and offer negotiation processes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or client service (internships count!).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Linked In Recruiter and/or ATS platforms is a plus.
