A government contractor in McLean VA is in the market for a Pricing/Project Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with cost volumes, pricing narratives, labor analysis and financial program management. This position sits in McLean VA 4 days/week
Responsibilities- Develop pricing strategy, including cost volumes and narratives, for current and potential contracts
- Monitor and review contract modifications for compliance
- Perform PTW (price-to-win) analyses
- Set up projects in Unanet ERP
- Oversee project performance through analysis of and creation of work breakdown structures (WBS), performance metrics, and project management review meetings
- Ensure proper task coding, labor category mapping, and budget alignment during project set-up and initiation
- Collaborate with Project Managers on project finances
- Develop and maintain program forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation
- 6+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Government contracting experience, specifically with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Strong financial (FP&A) acumen with exposure to pricing analysis
- Ability to commute regularly to McLean VA
