Title:

Senior Financial Analyst
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
Bonus:
Up to 15% annual performance bonus

Functional Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) by providing detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization. This position will be responsible for assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, as well as developing financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience with modern financial tools and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support long‑term planning and scenario analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and the board of directors.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial discipline and accountability across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 2‑5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools, such as Excel and financial planning software.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
