Hybrid – Northern Virginia

We’re seeking a Contracts Manager who brings expertise in Federal Government and Commercial contracting processes, along with a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and contracting principles. This role is part of our Contracts team and will collaborate cross‑functionally to support broader business operations.

• Administer and manage corporate commercial contracts, NDAs, consulting agreements, and related documentation.
• Establish and maintain effective contract retention and tracking systems.
• Monitor key milestones and ensure compliance with contracting best practices across the organization.
• Partner with internal teams to integrate proper contracting processes into diverse business operations.

• 7+ years of experience in Federal Government or Commercial contracting.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFAR
  , and other acquisition supplements.
• Industry or government certifications (e.g.,
  CPCM, CCCM, CFCM
  ).
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
