Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Admin Assistant/Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional hospitality to clients, investors, and visitors. This full-time onsite role requires a polished demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling visitor management.
  • Provide client hospitality, including offering refreshments and managing catering/food orders.
  • Prepare conference rooms and meetings to ensure a professional environment.
  • Maintain a professional dress code and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Pay Range

$20-25/hr, W2
