** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently.
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
+ Load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials according to production needs.
+ Monitor material flow and communicate with team members to maintain productivity.
+ Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.
** What Are We Looking For*
* + Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner.
+ Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to compliance.
+ Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures.
** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

* + $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
