What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate ready mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites
- Inspect vehicle before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working condition
- Maintain accurate delivery, ticketing, and vehicle inspection documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
- Adhere consistently to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Reliable, dependable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate professionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
