** Loader Operator 1*

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Safely operate loaders to move and load materials efficiently
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
+ Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
+ Support production goals by maintaining material flow
** What Are We Looking For*
* + Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
+ Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
+ Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments
+ Reliability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

* + $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
