** What You'll Be Doing
*** Coordinate and schedule ready‑mix concrete orders with accuracy and urgency
* Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
* Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays
* Provide product information and support to customers in a professional manner
* Maintain detailed and organized records of orders, changes, and delivery updates

*** Strong capability in customer communication and service within a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Competency using computer systems, dispatch tools, and order‑entry software
* Problem‑solving skills with a focus on collaboration and timely resolution

** Work Environment
*** Role operates in an office or dispatch setting with frequent interaction across operations, customers, and drivers
