Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician to join our team. As a full-service fire protection, life safety, and security company, we design, install, repair, service, and inspect a wide variety of fire suppression, life protection, and integrated security systems. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the fire alarm systems for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

* Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems

* Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems

* Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports

* Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling

* Follow company safety procedures and protocols

* Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products
