• ✅ Oversee installation of HVAC systems.
• ✅ Repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment like furnaces that require constant care.
• ✅ Locate maintenance problems on equipment
• ✅ Provide good customer care.
• ✅ Run after-hours calls as needed.
• ✅ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment.
• ✅ Provide technical support when in the field.

• At least 1-2+ years of HVAC experience
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a drug test and a background check
• EPA certification
• NATE or Pearl certification is a huge plus
• sales experience is desirable, or at least not having a fear of sales.
• Must have minimum hand tools and instruments
• Can communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Demonstrates Ethical Behavior
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
