Your Daily Responsibilities
This full-time position involves on-call, overtime, and weekend work as required. As an entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician, your day will include conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently. You will engage with homeowners, providing clear communication and excellent service, contributing to system performance and client satisfaction. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to work in various climates, climb ladders, walk, squat, bend, balance, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
