Role Description

This is a full‑time/part‑time, Direct Sales Representative role based in Tyler, TX. The Direct Sales Representative will be tasked with engaging potential customers to promote and sell Unwired's fiber internet solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting in‑person sales visits, explaining service benefits, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing high‑quality customer service.

Training and guidance will be provided to ensure success in executing sales strategies effectively. We serve almost every state in the country and cover travel expenses.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
  • Exceptional customer service and training skills to provide support and product education to clients
  • Proven sales skills and a results‑driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
  • Prior experience in direct sales, telecommunications, or a related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of fiber‑optic technology and internet services is an advantage
