• Build strong, long‑term relationships with dairy producers throughout Central Texas
• Consult with farmers to improve herd health, calf performance, and operational efficiency
• Promote and support proven, science‑backed animal health and nutrition solutions
• Work closely with a knowledgeable, supportive team that values collaboration and mentorship
• Manage a daily travel schedule, including frequent overnights within the territory

• Passion for the dairy industry and helping producers succeed
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship‑focused mindset
• Willingness to travel daily with regular overnight stays
• Self‑motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
• Experience is flexible:
  • Dairy, animal health, or ag‑related sales experience OR
  • A degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related field with a strong interest in sales

• Competitive base salary of $50,000‑$90,000, plus commissions
