What You'll Do:

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find high-quality eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Achieve sales targets and foster relationships by connecting with customers and helping them find suitable products.
• Become a Vision Expert: Provide tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that match each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and Grow: Improve your skills through training and collaborate with experienced colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work with your team and leaders to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster Inclusion & Respect: Promote an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:
