Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store and cycle counts for inventories.
• Perform price changes, signage hanging, and assembly of merchandise and fixtures.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills and Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions
Indoor and outdoor work on hard surfaces. Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours. Emphasis on safety and a productive environment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely. Capable of standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders throughout shifts.
